*DELIVERY POLICY
3–7 Business Days Delivery: Our website currently ships only to eligible addresses in the United States. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Delays may occur during peak seasons, in remote areas, or because of weather and other factors beyond our control.
Expedited Delivery: You may select Expedited Delivery (2–3 business days) and pay the applicable shipping fee. If delivery takes more than 4 days, we will refund the expedited shipping fee.
Unavailable Delivery Areas: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
*SHIPPING COSTS:Orders over $79 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $79 are charged a $5.99 shipping fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
*TAX POLICY:Our website does not charge additional value-added consumption tax. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges billed separately.
*RETURN POLICY
Undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refund processing begins after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
1. Returns must include all accessories.
2. Items must include the original packaging.
3. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. We refund the product price only.
6. A return may be rejected if it does not meet these requirements.
Non-quality-related refund requests cannot be accepted after the 30-day return window. If the item was not purchased directly from our website, please contact the original retailer for a refund.
FINAL SALE:Sale items purchased with an additional 50% discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
FAILED DELIVERY:Refunds are not provided when the carrier cannot deliver because the recipient cannot be contacted or the delivery address is incorrect. In these cases, the parcel may be destroyed or disposed of by the local carrier.
